1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PulseForce ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the App immediately.

2. Service Provider

This App is provided by HIFORCE INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED ("we", "us").

3. User Registration

Certain features require you to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
• Promptly update your information to maintain accuracy;
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is false or violates these Terms.

4. User Content

When using the App, you may submit strategy configurations and trading instructions. You confirm that:

• You have the legal right or proper authorization for any content submitted;
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights;
• You are fully responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your submissions.

5. In-App Purchases and Points System

The App allows you to purchase and use Points for creating algorithmic trading tasks and other features. You agree that:

• All purchases are processed through your Apple ID account;
• Unless required by law or Apple policy, all Point purchases are non-refundable;
• Each trading task consumes a specific amount of Points, clearly shown in the interface;
• We may adjust pricing and usage rules of Points, with notifications in-app;
• You are responsible for all applicable charges and taxes.

6. User Conduct

You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Submit fraudulent trades or disrupt system functionality;
• Manipulate the market or engage in unauthorized trading activities;
• Use the App for advertising, spamming, or promotional purposes.

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, UI, code, algorithms) are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. You use the App at your own risk.

Quantitative strategies are for reference only. All investment decisions and risks are your own responsibility.

We are not responsible for any financial losses, direct or indirect, incurred as a result of using PulseForce to execute or automate trading strategies. You are solely responsible for the consequences of your trading activity.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published in the App and take effect immediately. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
