1. How We Collect and Use Your Information

When using PulseForce's quantitative trading services, we may collect and use the following types of information:

• Broker API AccessKey and AccessSecret: This is provided by you and stored securely, used to communicate with your broker account, query portfolio data, retrieve historical trades, and place trade orders.
• Trading and account data: Including but not limited to stock symbols, position sizes, execution prices, and account balances, used for strategy execution and backtesting.
• Registration data (e.g., email, phone number): For identity verification, notifications, and customer support.

We will only access your broker account data with your explicit authorization and always follow the principle of least privilege.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Information

AccessKey and AccessSecret are encrypted and stored locally (or remotely with explicit consent). They are never displayed in plain text or shared with third parties. We implement multiple layers of protection against unauthorized access, including:

• HTTPS encryption for data transmission;
• AES encryption for local data storage;
• Server firewalls and intrusion detection mechanisms.

All data processing and storage are performed in our self-managed data centers. We do not use any third-party cloud providers.

We retain data for appropriate periods depending on the type: AccessKey and AccessSecret are deleted within 24 hours of revocation or account deletion; trading data is retained for 180 days for reporting and audit purposes.

When you stop using our services, you may request full deletion of your data via the "Delete Account" feature.

3. How We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Your Information

We do not share, sell, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal data except:

• With your explicit prior consent;
• When required by applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory authorities;
• To protect our legal rights or those of other users.

4. Use of Cookies and Local Storage

To enhance your experience, PulseForce may use cookies or local cache storage to remember preferences and improve performance. You may manage or clear cookies via browser settings.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access or correct your personal data at any time;
• Revoke access authorization and delete your AccessKey and AccessSecret;
• Delete your account and all related data.

You may submit requests via the app settings or contact our support team at support@hiforce.ai. We will respond within 15 business days.

6. Device Permissions

PulseForce may request the following permissions to support its core features:

• Network access: To connect to broker APIs and retrieve trade data;
• Local storage: To store encrypted AccessKey and temporary trading logs.

7. Protection of Minors

This product is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be displayed in-app or notified to you through your contact information. Please review the policy regularly.
